This 420sqm beach house located in San Bruno, Mexico is a 2010 project designed by Seijo Poen Architects. The house was designed as a family home able to accomodate three generations as an extended holiday home. The house works by enabling the social areas and bedrooms to connect with the ocean and beautiful beach front - this also helps to break down the barriers between the interior and exterior.
The ground floor contains the communal areas such as the kitchen and also houses a guest room. The other five bedrooms are located on the second floor with a double height living room connecting the two floors. The master bedroom is located above the social area and has its own terrace which isn't roofed, allowing clear visuals of the sky.
