Incredible, incredible, incredible!! When I came across this house, I automatically fell in love. The rigid structure, white walls and plotted greenery immediately caught my eye. Designed in 2012 by Dennis Gibbens Architects, this modern family home is a two-storey 5,000-sq-ft project that uses materials such as white stucco, glass and metal panelling to create an exterior that I am obsessed with.
The first floor is shaped in a long bar manner and houses the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen as well as the garage. The dining room leads to the patio and a further storage unit. The double height living room opens up and leads to the pool area. Other exterior elements such as the concrete deck areas, sports court and spa are also accessible via various glass doors.
The second floor is T-shaped and contains a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two children's bedrooms, a laundry room, an office and a media/ entertainment room.
